1. Can I order OFF-THE-RACK size clothes?
YES! You can order OFF-THE-RACK size clothes, just mention the size in the special request (in order form), for example: European size 50, and skip the measurements form.

2. I'm a bit hesitant to order custom cloths online, will fit me?
If you are visiting OnlineSuits.com for the first time, either take your own measurements or send us your best fitting garment. You may start your first order by sending us your favorite suit; we will send it back to you with your first order with no extra charge for shipping. If you do take your own measurements, follow the measuring instructions on our web site closely. We have a better than 90% chance of fitting you on your first order. Also once we've received your order, we will validate your measurements for any obvious errors. If any of your measurement do not look right, we will e-mail you right away and request that you double check them. TOP

3.Why OnlineSuits.com is cheaper than other Custom Tailor Based in Bangkok?
We are cheaper than other custom tailor in bangkok because many of the fabrics we sell is manufactured by our partners in Bangkok, Italy, England and China. Other Custom Tailor also purchase these fabric but in higher prices which makes their cost rise. For example: Blended Linen with Silk, Blended Linen with Cotton, Micro Fiber in Bead Pinstripe, Raw Thai Silk and Sandwash Silk are all manufactured in Thailand where labour cost are cheap. While Fabrics like Wool Blends, 100% Pure Cashmere, Vicuna with Mink and Cashmere Flannel are all made in Italy which is why suits made from these fabric are more expensive. Dont Worry Fabrics made in Thailand also have excellent quality which may serve you and your budget.

5. How do I order?
First, you look at our CHEAP prices (depending on fabric) in the product section, then you look at those fabric by click at the Fabrics Section, when you decide on the material click on Order Now! to start ordering, after which your order will be confirmed within 24 hours and you will be leaded to our payment section. TOP

6. What forms of payments do you accept?

Payment by Credit Card
We accept payments by Credit Card through our authorized retailer 2Checkout.com, place your order and we would email you with a link to pay 2Checkout.com for your order.

Payment by Digital Check
We accept payments by Digital Check through our authorized retailer 2Checkout.com, it takes 1 week for check clearing and the order would only be processed after the check clears. You need your check number, your bank account number and your bank routing code when paying by digital check.

Payment by Wire Transfer
We will give you a 3% DISCOUNT if you use this payment option.

7. Are there any discounts provided?
Yes! if you choose to pay by Wire Transfer to our bank account then we give you a 3% Discount. Check out our Special offers section, to look at more discounts. If you want to order a large quantity of our products, contact us for a quotation.

8. Do I have to get remeasured every time I buy something new?
No! We have all your measurement saved in our database so when you want to reorder, you can just leave out the measurements and tick on the return customer checkbox provided you give us the same information you gave us in your first order.

9. Who is responsible for custom taxes?
You may be subject to some custom duties and taxes on delivery of your clothes. We cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. To estimate these costs, please contact your local customs office.

10. What do I do if the clothes do not fit?
Please send us an email describing the problem with your clothes providing as much details you can. We encourage you to take advantage of our 'Satisfaction Policy' to ensure that you get the great fitting clothes.

11. Do you charge for Big and Tall sizes?
NO! We do not charge for Big and Tall sizes. The prices given in this site is a price for all regardless of how big or tall you are.

12. How can I feel the fabrics?
You can order fabrics swatches from us, prices range from 19.90 – 29.90 dollars depending on how many kinds of fabrics you want to choose. We will then send you the swatches accordingly. Click here to order swatches.

13. What are the Reseller and Franchise Opportunities offered by OnlineSuits.com?
In the U.S and Europe, Custom Tailoring clothes are very expensive, so if you can learn how to take others measurements or you can also purchase a body scanner if you have the budget, your work is done, we will send you our fabric samples from which you can let your customer choose the fabric, you measure them and send the measurements to us along with the styles your customer want, then we would send the suits back to you within 2 weeks. You would also get a discount if you are our frequent customer. If the clothes doesn't fit, you can send the clothes back to us, we would alter it and send it back to you.
