Thank you for visiting OnlineSuits.com, Each and every time you visit OnlineSuits.com and/or make a purchase, you agree to accept and are subject to the following terms and conditions of use. Because our clothes are custom made especially for you in your own style and size, we do not issue refunds or returns as we cannot give your product to our other customer. We entrust that you will feel confident to take your own measurements as accurately as possible. We also encourage you to take advantage of our Satisfaction Policy to ensure that you get the great fitting clothes.
All off-the-rack sizes orders are regarded as Custom made as we do not keep stock of the products,
we only keep stock of the fabric.

Order

Our clothing is custom made. Once the order is received, the items are assembled and sewn together by the tailors in Bangkok. Our tailors begin with a simple bolt of cloth and fashion it, piece by piece, into a usable garment made to the measurements you specified. You will get your clothes, exactly, exclusively, and only for you. Therefore, once your order is processed, you can cancel your order no later than 48 hours otherwise you will be charged no less than 50% of the invoice price for order cancellation made before the clothes are being shipped. If your clothes have already been shipped, we will not allow cancellation of the product. The reason we charge for the cancellation is the fact that we have to cover the cost of producing the clothes for you, although we will have to absorb a significant loss for the benefit of the customers we value.

Satisfaction Policy

We want your TOTAL SATISFACTION. Once we have tailored the clothes according to your specifications, your measurements, and your APPROVAL, if you are still not satisfied with your clothes in any way, please send us an e-mail describing what ever changes you want. Then, you can send your clothes back to us within 15 days, We shall alter it and send it back to you at no extra charge.

In the very rare case of tailoring errors on our part, we shall alter it
and be responsible for sending the clothes back to you.

If the clothes are not sent back to us within 15 days, we are not responsible for the clothes you purchased from us anymore.

Privacy Policy

It is the policy of OnlineSuits.com not to disclose any customer or visitor information to any third parties. All data collected is for the sole purpose of designing the product you ordered and sending them to you.

Disclaimer

All custom made orders are based on the measurements, styles, choice of fabrics, and options the customer provided on the Order Form. All orders will be made with the sole discretion of our tailors' experience to your information provided to us. We do not warrant unfit tailoring caused by inappropriate or incorrect measurement by the customers or misunderstanding on the part of the customer or incorrect use of metric units. Our tailors reserve the right to make their sole judgement on non-specified style or design by the customers and to make adjustment if necessary. We are committed to provide the fabrics of your choice; however, availability of fabrics is subject to stock on hand & vendor availability. You will be notified regarding out-of-stocks, if any, within 48 hours of order placement. Fabrics colors shown on this website can have a 5-10% difference depending on the monitor of the customer, if you are not sure about the color then you may send us an email for more information.
We are not liable for any loss of data or crash of computer system or any kind of damages resulting from viewing of our site or interacting with any part of our web site. APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting OnlineSuits.com , you agree that the laws of the Bangkok, Thailand without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and OnlineSuits.com or its affiliates.

RETURNS
We do not accept returns as clothings are made to your size, but when alterations are needed, the shipment cost back from the customer to us is paid by the customer, however if returns are made because there was a fault on our part, we would agree to a solution with the customer personally, in this case, when we allow the customer to make the return, the customer agrees not to file chargeback with their credit card company, if paid via credit card. Also, the return goods should be in the same condition as when sent, alterations should not be done.
